What is the process?
A V-STEAM IS PERFORMED BY STEAMING NATURAL HERBS TO RELEASE THEIR MEDICINAL PROPERTIES. SITTING OVER THE WARM STEAM, ALLOWS THE POROUS LINING OF THE VAGINA TO CARRY THE BENEFITS OF THIS NATURAL, NON-INVASIVE, REMEDY THROUGHOUT THE VAGINAL AREA AND THE UTERUS.

~ 1 TO 2 TIMES PER MONTH FOR MAXIMUM BENEFITS,
~ 1 WEEK PRIOR TO, OR 1 WEEK AFTER, YOUR CYCLE,
~ 1 TO 3 TIMES PER WEEK FOLLOWING BIRTH, TO AID IN HEALING.

CAN I STEAM WITH AN IUD?
Yes; We simply start clients with IUD's on a lower temperature setting to ensure comfort.Although please be advised that steaming does soften the cervix area and therefore could loosen the area in which the IUD is inserted.

CAN I STEAM WITH A FRIEND OR A GROUP OF FRIENDS?
Yes! We can accommodate groups of 4 at a time, in the same room. View our Book Now Link for booking instructions.

IS THERE A DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR GROUPS?
At this time we do not offer group discounts.

WE ARE COMING AS A GROUP/PARTY, WHERE CAN WE EAT NEARBY?
We recommend Kanki which is located in the same shopping center as our facility. Red Lobster is also conveniently located across the street from us. There are also additional restaurants located within 2 miles of our spa to include but not limited to Fridays, Hooters, Bahama breeze, etc.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME, OR WEAR ANYTHING IN PARTICULAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
No. We provide everything you will need onsite.
DO I NEED TO SHAVE OR WAX PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Shaving or waxing IS NOT required prior to your appointment; however, if you would like to do so, we recommend shaving or waxing a day before your appointment to ensure comfort. We do not recommend waxing immediately after a steam.

CAN I STEAM AT HOME?
Yes! We offer an At Home Steam Kit. CLICK HERE to purchase your kit today. The steam seats are handmade, and the herbal blends are specially formulated based on information you provide, therefore please provide 2 weeks to receive or pickup your order! The packages include at home steaming instructions as well.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
Yes; We require a deposit (for each guest) to hold all appointment times, including group appointments.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
Currently, we accept Cash, Credit and Debit payments for all products and services.
*All deposits are non-refundable. Clients arriving 15 minutes past their set appointment time, without prior notification,
will incur a $10 late fee. A $25 no-show fee will be applied to clients who do not contact us prior to their appointment.
